I'm a builder-operator. I walked into a family business in crisis, established cash discipline with daily consistency — and when structural constraints remained, drove an asset deal through insolvency to protect jobs and reset capital.
That shaped my philosophy: act fast, tell the truth, keep people paid.
In the years that followed, I supported private equity and a Swiss family office through portfolio restructuring and exits. In 2021 I took an SME public via SPAC — and stepped away in 2022 on my own terms.
Those experiences taught me: transaction readiness is not a date. It's a habit.
