For two years I put AI to work inside other people's companies.
Here is what it looks like pointed at my own.
I have stood in front of rooms full of executives delivering the same message: AI-first is not a buzzword. It is not a pilot project. It is how you run a business.
At some point the question became unavoidable: would I do it myself?
The problem that kept bothering me
Most premium supplements fail at the simplest test: they never reach the cells they were designed to act on.
Not because the molecule is wrong — but because the delivery is broken.
The toolbox exists. Yet each solution is hand-built for one molecule, at pharmaceutical cost. The industry's response: higher dosage. Expensive, slow, unscalable — with side effects.
Meanwhile the real leverage — the method that makes it all work — sits untouched.
What we build
Pheraxia — from the Greek: φέρω (to carry) and ἀξία (worth). The worth and excellence of carrying.
Pheraxia changes the how: an AI design method that fits a carrier to each molecule against the conditions that change along the absorption path.
Our partners keep their molecule. We do not invent new ones.
We license the method, not the molecule. Scaling with partners, not headcount.
We protect the method. Currently in simulation.
Science-led. AI-operated. Human-governed.
Why this belongs to my advisory work
For most of those two years I watched the same pattern: AI as a side project. A pilot. A buzzword. Never the backbone.
At Pheraxia we run one operator, one scientific co-inventor, and 55 AI roles across six departments — Science, IP, Commercial, Brand, Diligence, Ops. The output is that of a full-scale team.
The governance: one human sign-off for every external artifact. I have seen what happens when AI runs without guardrails. That is not us.
This is not about automation. It is about scaling human judgment.
That is exactly the substance of my AI empowerment work — except here I do not recommend it, I carry it. What I learn flows straight back into the work with my clients.
